I have worked as a therapist and social worker for over forty years. I have helped a wide variety of people face their problems and find solutions that meet an individual’s special circumstances. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and respectful environment. This approach involves a mutual exploration of important personal life issues. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss and those who have lost someone to suicide.
Daytime and some early evening hours are offered, week days only.
I offer individual(adults only) and occasionally group therapy.
Referrals to other therapists available upon request. Sessions are Telehealth and some in person.
